Interview Techniques and Skills Workshop attended by UK Recovery Radio Members, It was GREAT!!!

Hello and welcome to all friends and followers,  Hope you are all happy :-)

Just a quick update on our journey into the unknown that is podcast making.

UKRR Members, attended an Interview Techniques and Skills Workshop, & yes, it was as fun as it sounds. There were a few nerves at first, but the fact that we were interviewing each other, meant the familiar faces made it alot more easier to calm down and try and say what we wanted, without the umming n arrring. (In my case not so much :-)  jm) So within a few minutes of beginning it was definitely easier for us to just let it flow.

It was an enjoyable and beneficial, half day learning experience, which we at UKRR would definitely recommend to anyone in and around Recovery & with an interest in Interviewing and Journalism. We have members available at our office, details are on the contact us page, and would be really happy for anyone to come and see us to discuss joining in, maybe to increase their Recovery Capital if needed.

Then there is the added bonus, that we now have more material to use now and in future podcasts and also, we have material for our team to continue learning and practicing editing with.
I have included a few Pictures of us having fun, while recording and interviewing each other.

Further podcast update:b  We have been really busy this week sending emails, recruiting trustees and just generally arranging more and more events and interviews which we all at UKRR hope you all enjoy hearing our podcasts, as we love making them!!!
